Roy Ascott is a new media artist pioneer and Emeritus Professor at Plymouth University. He is President of Planetary Collegium and Director of the Technoetic Arts Studio at the DeTAO Masters Academy in Shanghai. Ascott is a DeTAO Master.
The vision of the Cybernetic Futures Institute was originated and developed by Dr Lila Moore as part of her postdoc at the Planetary Collegium, which was upervised by Roy Ascott.
